I think it is to but paying with an account that is listed with my address, phone, etc. and shipping to the address that is listed with said account should be a hint that the order is legit.

Edit: It is part of Toms Ford in NJ so its a legit business.

My response was NO!

Seems sketchy but this could be a vendor that has been burned with credit card fraud and is trying to verify that the person buying using your credit card is you.

Could be a scam or could be legit.
