Bronco Torque Specifications (2.7L + Auto) - Comprehensive List

I have been working on this for a while now. Although the service manual has the torque specifications scattered throughout the document, there is not a single listing of all of them. I bought the manual a while back (custom tailored to a 2.7L Wildtrak, but I would assume it works for all 2.7L and Automatic versions) so the specs for manual transmission and clutch is not included.

Use this at your own risk as there could be oversights on my part, but I have checked the data at least twice. Hope this helps someone.

Thanks for compiling the list.
The torque for wheel stud nuts, if that is meant for lug nuts is not correct. 147 ft/lbs is too much. It should be 100 ft/lbs.

It was to pull the studs into the hub, but I changed it to prevent confusion.

If you have the 2.3L and 7MT manual, I could do it. I bought the "official" one so that I did not have to worry about bad data.

My guess would be the engine and transmission (maybe transfer case) is all that would have to be added.

If someone has a copy of the Raptor service manual I would be happy to add them to the sheet.

The service manual that I bought was custom tailored to my VIN so I do not have anything other than 2.7L and 10R60 data.

Did you get a pdf version and is it readable/usable/searchable? If so, from where and what did it cost? I've seen limited options for the Raptor version.

It is PDF and is infinitely reusable. I was ripped off by Service Manual Warehouse who is selling the same janky garbage that you can find anywhere so don't waste your time and money with them.

Here is the place I bought mine and it appears they have the Raptor version (because I see the 3.0L engine as an option). They take your VIN and build it to your vehicle specs--it also includes the wiring diagrams:
