Anyone get 220000 Fordpass points email? [RESOLVED]

You can get up to 262,000 points like I did, but that doesn’t mean you’re eligible for all of them.

Most people will only get 42,000 for the purchase and 20,000 for the reservation. And like others have said, you actually have to purchase a bronco before any points are given.

the 42k were automatic for me; the dealer had to go through this manual process to deliver the other 220k points that involved clicking some button in some internal system. Took me a couple days of pressure to get them to figure out how to do it.

This was back in July and was my dealer’s first delivery so I’m assuming the salespeople have it down by now… LOLZ probs not

I picked up our on december 3rd. No points yet.
Who should I call. Didn't get any for the 2019 F250 or the 20 Shelby GT500 either.

Plus I think the 220 has to do with orders already in for 2021 that got pushed. I got my 42,000 points a few days after taking delivery of my 2022.

I was a day one res. and only got the 42,000. Delivery 0ct. 28th 2021.

I had to call the Ford #, then my dealer and finally another call to Ford to get my 220k points. Apparently the holdup was my Yahoo email address was missing the 2nd O and they couldn't be processed because of that. No idea how that happened since I got every email. But I have them all now.

Lou -- I worked it with the dealership at the time of pickup. I guess I was lucky in that they knew what buttons to smash in the computer. All the points showed up in the next day or two. Hope you all get the points Ford owes you...

Isn’t it 20k points, not 220k? I got the 42k+20k after I picked up my Bronco. Maybe I’m missing something?

I have my emails saved somewhere but in my case, first day res, ordered 3/18/21, dual top (mod painted and soft) was told in email 200,000 for dropping mod top, srparate email 20,000 for delivery after 9/1, basically being patient to a point.

In your case you dropped a MIC top in favor of soft. If you did not have both on your original order you may not have qualified for the 200k. Some hot it but were not supposed to.

In any event, a simple call to the dealer person in charge of pass points and no need to pester corporate Ford, it is not that difficult .....or if it is then that dealer should be avoided

I took delivery of my 2022 MY 2 weeks ago and a few days later only recieved the 42,000 points. I originally ordered a 2021 with MOD top before changing to soft for obvious reasons. Because I got pushed into 2022 model year despite changing to soft does that mean I do not qualify for the bonus 220,000 points which was originally promised to those taking delivery in 2021?

I think you get the points after you pay for the Bronco. Did you already purchase yours?

Happens after purchase and must be claimed for you by your dealer.

No you need to call your dealer. They must claim the points for you to receive them. Until they do, you will not get the points added to your account. But only after delivery.
