I have a 2 dr big bend bronco, sasquatch package with front modular bumper. Will a 40" straight off road light bar be able to be mounted to the bumper or will I have to have it mounted on top of windshield.

The three grill LED's are brighter than I thought they would be at night. It looks good. Are those the ones from amazon?I just mounted a 30" to the bumper. I believe @4x4TruckLEDs.com has a kit for both. I could be mistaken.
Yes we actually just released a mount last week that'll tackle this:I have a 2 dr big bend bronco, sasquatch package with front modular bumper. Will a 40" straight off road light bar be able to be mounted to the bumper or will I have to have it mounted on top of windshield.
Thanks for the kind words! We like our mounts too!I just went through this.
If you want to put a lightbar on your bumper, it needs to be a low profile/thin lightbar. There is really only about 2" of space between the grill and the front of the bumper.
Also, mounting is a little tricky. From memory, the Bronco bolts are spaced 30" and 40" apart, so don't quite line up with most brackets as most 40" lightbars are 42" wide. The good news is that fabricating mounting brackets would be easy.
The thin pod lights also work but still stick out about 1".
The Adapt Lightbar I have is about 5" deep, so the overhang on the front bumper was way too much for me to be comfortable with putting it there..
FWIW, I went with a Rigid Adapt 40" lightbar and used @Quake LED Bronco windshield mount for 42" lightbars and it worked perfectly. Excellent kit for the price!
I can say between the mount and the lightbar, I have absolutely no whistle and only a tiny bit more wind noise. The wind noise is only noticeable at about 40mph with windows down. It's not so much more wind noise, as a change in frequency so you notice it.
These mounts rock!
