Whether from their "catalog" selection or 3rd party vendor made;

1. Phone clamp mount (w/ wireless charger or cable routing)
2. EDC small flashlight mount
3. Radar detector mount(s)
4. Sunglasses clamp mount
5. Key fob mount (if push button start option available)
6. Holster mount ?
7. CB mic mount
8. EDC pen holder clamp

Any others?

If it's a standard size rail, you should be able to buy adapter type mounts that will work with most of the items you're interested in mounting, right off the shelf today

I originally heard there would be power up on the dash for the rail and now I’m hearing something about it being optional. Or is it additional ports are optional?

The additional USB ports on the dash at the base of the windshield are part of a package.

Yeah, that's dumb....
Ford!?
On the flip side, there’s all the people complaining of having to pay for features they don’t want... got to draw the line somewhere.
(I’m assuming Ford figured dash usb was going to appeal most to people already considering the Lux... so it makes sense to bundle it there and encourage people to spend the extra money)

Undecided
Google could probably answer this if they already exist or not... but my wishes:
1) RAM ball attachments (in various sizes) - as from that you can mount just about anything with existing accessories (67 designs gets my $ each time I change vehicles...)
2) GoPro mount
3) Dash cam that doesn't need multiple adapters to mount it
