I think I know the answer but, has anyone here installed the Oracal Mirror Ditch Lights? If so, where you take the cover off to run the wire beside the mirror, which is under the Gobi Front bar, do you have to removed the whole front light rack to move that up? Or is there another route? Thanks for the info.

Suggestion for your new Accessory Mount on Bronco. I know you mentioned a suction cup idea but honestly I think a hard connection is best. You could extend the current rear ladder/pivot bar connection forward to create a connection for 2 vertical members that connect to the upper rails. Then add a plate in the middle with slots for mounting things. This would be the strongest and allow maybe up to 70-80lb of accessories. A 3gal fuel rotopax weighs 27lb and is pretty minimal.

Following as I will be tackling the same at some point but depending on the answer, I will change the sequencing.

Please help me understand how a 50” lightbar attaches to the front with those 2 upright welded in bars in the way?? Will the lightbar need to extend forward to clear those bars?

Is the 40” lightbar version narrower and if so is it narrower all the way to back of Bronco?

What is the max width of the top rack of the 50” lightbar version? The outside dimension?

This (Vision X) 50” lightbar is what I’m looking at

We aren't a hundred percent sure what the full design is going to be, it will be decided by the main tech! It could go either way!

I think these lights might work best and fit nicely rather than push a 50" light bar forward a bunch

Curious question. I see there's a Raptor version now and no pivot arms. Can the GOBI for non-Raptor not install/use this same pivot arm?

The 50in light bar is set in front of those two vertically welded bars whereas the 40in becomes inset between the top and bottom bar and left and right sides!

Definitely! Do you know what size they are? Just want to make sure that they wont interfere with the top bar!

Hi! Yes, the new raptor rack can be used on all hard top broncos (except everglades version). The only thing is you will not be able to use the quick release!

They are 4.7" but I suspect will need some semi-custom mount to offset a little...maybe. The most outer diameter of the light is 4.7" but it gets narrower towards the rear of the light housing.

I think they'd protrude forward much less than the 50" bar

to remove rack with this concept would be 4 bolts in the front and the rear has removable hardware as well?

Would be fairly simple to reinstall the pivot arm later as long as the bumper bracket is in place?

If I install a 50" lightbar that sticks out in front of the main head piece, is there a wind deflector option to install either in front of or behind the 2 vertical supports that would completely close off the upper head piece area?
