do you think they extendable bed/tray that pulls out the back will hold up an order?Maybe I’m mistaken, but I thought I read it would be a late arrival part. Not something you will be able to get right away.
Sorry I do not want to speculate on that...

If my spot holds up your delivery, feel free to swap my order with yours, okay? I'm probably not the only person who wouldn't mind getting bumped just a bit so you could have your Bronco go in with that first order.

I am cancelling mine and taking Zach up on his new offer...

So what is the order process? Please break it down.
1. Dealer calla us and we tell them what we want. Done and ordered.
2. Dealer calls us and tells us to come in and place the order.
3. Dealer calls us and says place the order online.

Did not say we would do it just that it is possible with our stock orders it happens all of the time to shift the inventory to keep it balanced out for us...
Sure. I'm not trying to accuse you of anything. I'm trying to understand which number determines the build order (without part or batch delays) for my Bronco. I took your statement as a hypothetical situation. Still not 100% clear on that.

Does my day one reservation mean I'm likely towards the front of the line?
Do I need to be in my dealership on the first day orders can be converted?
Do either of those options matter if the dealership can submit orders in any sequence they want?

Not trying to be obstinate. I'm just not sure what the answer is.

Granger Motors the only dealership for which I speak.

1. Dealer calls us and we tell them what we want. Done and ordered.

Yes that is one way...the preferred way for us as we have many out of state buyers...

2. Dealer calls us and tells us to come in and place the order.

Yes if you are local and want to sit down to order it...

3. Dealer calls us and says place the order online...

Do not know how that would happen...
I have people send me B&P F-150's all the time and they are not in any kind of order that we can really use...
Takes more time to decipher for us that just talking to them and the options on the phone...

That was not a change they had not planned on having the customer order the vehicle online...
Oh, guess I read some wrong info on here a while back. I understood it to be the Bronco is starting a whole new way of ordering vehicles.

You are at the front of the line...

No your dealership should be contacting you in the Reservation timestamp order...

I will not comment on how/what the dealership policies may be...

We will store them in the order that Ford has requested...

This is a whole new way of buying not ordering, the MachE is the first of that kind...

The verbiage from the OP almost sounds as if whatever order the dealership wants to put in first, they can. I’m not saying they would, but if they have a customer buying every accessory, and Ford can build it they will. Money always talks. Lots of shady dealerships.

If this is true, what’s the point of the reservation? To be on the list for the dealership to call you/email you to go online and build it? Then, whoever actually is first to place an order online with a full build at each dealership is the true order? Of course supply will factor.
Something dose not add up, and there’s dealerships holding on info they can’t disclose, or don’t want too.
