Dropped my center roof panel. Damaged passenger side corner. Any sources for replacements? I found one on Ford's parts site. But not real descriptive as far as whether it has insulation installed. Anyone have some wisdom on this?

You can buy the insulation later . You can also look at my thread on repairing the panel, my front panel but it will never look perfect. But seeing the process will make the replacement money easier to spend!

Thank you! Was going to attemt a gorillia glue repair. It's similar damage to the corner. But may reconsider and try epoxy.
Post a picture of yours! Injecting the glue before clamping is important for a lasting internal repair. However, the Achilles Heel of epoxy (and polyurethane) is that it is UV destructible, so whatever is exposed needs protection. That's the reason for the carbon filler, it adds protection. So does a proper clearcoat. JB Weld has some nice small-batch products as well. I just happen to have a plethora of West System product from boat repair days.

JB Weld is good stuff. I have used it many times for repairs like this, even in light housings, grilles, air dams etc. No issues and it never failed me. I keep at least 1 set of jumbo tubes at home. Never you know when you are going to need it. It's nice to remove the roof panels in nice weather. I am so afraid and try to be ultra careful when I remove them.

A few pics of finished product. Could look better with more time and patience but it will hold up.

Nice! Will get you through for awhile, and best of all, it works! I put a skyrider on mine. Also, (or) the mid-panel fits nicely on a TrailRax Half-Rack.

What paint did you use? How is it holding up?

Today, I dropped my passenger roof panel and forward corner cracked. I would like to seal the hairline crack and paint to cover it up.
