Cool. Is there a way to mount so the light bar is level with the top side of the bumper (not slightly angled)? Also, I'd want to connect to the fog light wiring so I can free up Aux 1.
Modular bumpers don't have fog light wires. So yes and no you can't do that.

IF you had a plastic/capable bumper (with fogs) and updgraded to a modular bumper then yes, we do sell a pigtail that will utilize that existing fog circuit that plugs right into the lights:

https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-dynamics-deutsch-dt-adapter-wires-h11-h8-h9-800-881-pair/

However if your truck came with the HD Modular Bumper from the factory there is no fog light switch. Now ford DID leave some pigtails tucked behind the tow hooks on 2021-2024 trucks that have front sensors. So if you buy a new Ford headlight/fog light switch AND you program the circuit active with FORSCAN then you can utilize these pigtails: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/crysta...il-pair-2021-ford-bronco-w-hd-modular-bumper/

As for the lights sitting level... they follow the contour of the bumper which has a slight angle to it. If you were OCD (like me) you could just put a washer one side of the Diode Dynamics bracket to level it out. Our kit includes a set of Diode Dynamics lights, the mounting bracket and our KR Off-Road modular bumper brackets (plus the upfitter harness)

My Bronco Raptor is outfitted with 2 lights in the bumper pocket. 1 Fog and 1 Driving light. They are both Rigid, and exceptionally useless. So I would pull out both, and wire the Diode to just the Fog light wire.

Ahh yeah a Raptor would be different. In that case you'd use this pigtail with our kit: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/crysta...gtail-pair-2021-ford-f150-bronco-raptor-fogs/

Honeslty if you are looking to upgrade the Raptor Fogs i'd go with one of our dual or triple fog kits over the SS6 bar. This way you could have SAE fog lights + an off-road set OR two colors of SAE lights (white and yellow).

If you have a Bronco Raptor you should check out the Baja Designs S2 OEM Kit we sell. It replaces the factory Rigids with Baja Designs S2. Keeps that same OEM look:

https://www.4x4truckleds.com/baja-d...21-ford-f-150-raptor-2021-ford-bronco-raptor/

Shown here on an F150 Raptor but it's the same kit

I'm set with the off-road lights. Just need to add in some amber to the mix. I'll check out all your suggestions and then place an order with you soon.

Yeah I'd honestly go with the Baja Designs S2 SAE kit from us then. Do one set in clear SAE and the 2nd set in Amber SAE (yellow output).

That would give you a nice OEM look and give you upgraded fogs in both colors

Check out the Baja Designs and Diode Dynamics kits we offer. We let you select the patterns and you get our all-in-one harness

https://www.4x4truckleds.com/vehicle-specific/ford-bronco/2021-bronco/fog-lights/

*cracks knuckles* now onto the burning question... WHICH lights and WHICH pattern.

Baja Designs makes the best quality lights money can buy. For my money, you won't find a better light.

Diode Dynamics also makes a great light and they make them here in the USA. So bonus points there. AND they have better pricing. AND they have brighter lights.

So why Baja over Diode? Well personal preference honestly. If you want THE HIGHEST quality light, Baja it is. If you want more light for your money, Diode Dynamics.

Baja Designs can take more abuse then Diode Dynamics and we have far less RMA's with Baja Designs over Diode Dynamics.

Baja has a lifetime warranty. Diode has an 8 year warranty.

I've ran both brands on a variety of trucks and honestly they are both fantastic.

Diode Dynamics ARE more popular because they have a better price point, amber back-lighting, cleaner optics (TIR they call it), more options as far as brightness levels (Sport, Pro and Max compared to Baja's Sport and Pro only).

NOW, what patterns. COMPLETELY up to you.

OBVIOUSLY one pair should be an SAE light. The other lights can be a mixture of additional SAE Fogs and off-road lights.

A popular setup is this one

Baja Designs
https://www.4x4truckleds.com/baja-d...ckets-for-2021-ford-bronco-hd-modular-bumper/

Squadron SAE White
Squadron ASE Amber
S2 Sport/Pro or Squadron Sport/Pro Spot

The SAE is a street legal fog and having both a white and an amber (yellow output actually) is ideal for bad weather (turn white off, turn amber on). That Spot will throw light down range

Squadrons are a square light and S2 are a smaller rectangle light

Diode Dynamics
https://www.4x4truckleds.com/diode-...ckets-for-2021-ford-bronco-hd-modular-bumper/

SS3 SAE Fog White
SS3 SAE Fog Yellow
SSC2 Sport/Pro Combo

Same idea as above. The SS3 is a square light and the SSC2 is similar to the S2 above from Baja, a smaller rectangle light.

Most people like to go with the 3rd light a smaller light as it fits in the tapered opened better.

This is really helpful. I actually want to hook mine up to the factory fog button. I have already obtained the OEM part and it is my understanding that the wiring for fog lights is already in the Mod bumper. In this case, I would wire two the switch and the no street legal one to the Aux switch. Is that possible.

what did you use for mounts and the pigtail to connect to the fog wire?
For mounting I did look at DiodeDynamic's bracket that they have for triple pod light kits, but the spacing dimensions of the slots and the single tab sitting 7.5mm higher than the other didn't work:
Ford Bronco What brand and beam pattern did you choose for fog lights Untitled pictur

To use that I would have also had to buy the DD Stage 6" U-bracket.

So instead I bought the DD Stage 6" lights kit from 4x4TruckLEDs which included their flat bracket. Their slots run sideways, which i didn't like, but the whole bracket is flat for mounting these lights.

Originally I wired the fog lights to the Aux-3 switch. Later I swapped in the Ford headlight switch that includes the fog light button, and I got pigtails from 4x4TruckLEDs to connect the lights to the existing wire harness behind my modular bumper.

Then we've got the pigtails for ya. Shoot me a message so we can tell you which pigtail you'll need from us, as it varies based on the lights you go with.

I'd also confirm you have the pigtail there. The wires would be under the tow hook. Remove the plastic shroud and look kind of on the bottom of the tow hook for a little wire.

The DD Stage 6” does sit level as far as I can tell - I haven’t put an inclinometer on it. Maybe the photo makes it look angled? Here is a head on shot of mine.

Looks like you have the same AuxBeam ditch lights. The horizontal shape of the DD fog lights is a nice complement I think to the horizontal backlight of the ditch lights.

I have the HD bumper, and I went withbthen3 light kits through 4x4truckleds.

I have diode dynamic SSC2 in pro output, fog pattern in white and yellow.

I also have diode dymaic SS3 max in combo pattern in the bumper.

I run also run a Baja design S8 40” bar between the OEM bull bar. In a spot pattern.

I used the S2 Pro Amber wide cornering hooked up to the fog light switch on the outside, Squadron Pro clear driving combo in the middle and Squadron Pro Amber clear on the inside. Also have Squadron Pro clear spot on A pillars. All installed by @4x4TruckLEDs.com at their shop on Long Island. Super clean install and very happy with the performance.
