They are trying to find out what they need to communicate to Bronco customers. Either they realize they have done a piss poor job of it, or they think now is the time to start communicating and want to know what we want to know. Other than that, it's the basic demographics questions.

I received a survey. I have a reservation for a wildtrak. I answered “no”, which ended the survey. I was hoping it would ask why or give a survey asking which option were missing etc..

I wrote a brief statement regarding the lack of painted top and interior options. Hopefully someone at Ford reads it.

No. Ford checks to make sure you are badass before they send it.

j/k I don’t know, but to me it sounds like they’re only sending it it some, not all reservation holders.

Edit: Yes, looks like they are targeting the high-end trim folks. Black Diamond and Base reservations here.

I have 2 Badlands reservations and didn't get it on either one. An early MY21 reservation and an October MY 22 reservation.

No surveys.

I have not got a single email from Ford after my reservation confirmation. No Bronco birthday email, no Bronco event email, no reservation update email, no survey. Ford Canada is not sending out anything to any reservation holders in Canada. Period. We also do not get a dealership change.

Yeah, I got it and just filled it out. A little behind the power curve asking the questions they asked!!! So, they’d like to learn about us a Bronco buyers. Really? Good grief, my 10-year-old could do a better job at this roll out than Ford. I am still getting my Wildtrak 4-door.

This survey fits the needs of a Manufacture looking to get ideas off the ground before they start a design and/or build a new product. This narrative is for Ford to adjust their marketing for new Reservation, not so much wanting to know what the buyer thinks of the current build, price and options. All three of these items are of great value and concern to the all exiting Reservation holders. Colors of Interior/exterior, options, Engine and trans options, ect....
