I know about cornering lights but never at this low price point.

But to use fogs is a clever inexpensive substitute.

Plenty of cars have modernized LED or HID headlights which turn the inside lowbeam lamp into the corner. It's drastically more effective than having a fog light come on with steering inputs.

And plenty of them at less than $40K MSRP.

Mazda's active LED headlamps are generations ahead of what Ford offers:

My cousin works for North American Lighting. I know he makes the big boy headlights. I'll have to ask him they make the sports too!

I would really love a video demo of the Signature lighting LED from headlight to taillights and turn signals, if anyone has the hook up ;-)

FWIW, reverse lights on Ranger are LED (with the signature lighting LED head/taillights). But yea, turn signals are incandescent.

From what I heard it was to give a little temperature into the lamps to melt frost/ice on them. LED's wont' do that. Same issue with stoplights.
