Didn’t read the article did you, it even referenced the rock being the size of a Bronco. Want to guess what group they were with a couple weeks ago that had a gathering at Moab?

And once again people can’t just leave shat only. 🤬
Correct.
And the other documented douche bag social media tool that did something like this was a Tacoma owner.

Cleary the type of vehicle isn't very relevant other than the tie in to this board. Douches drive many different models.

Shut up Dale.....
The ambiguity of gen Z some day coming across that rock and attribute it to natives that lived here thousands of years ago... and now how Karen's are extinct. Only their artwork is now protected by a new gen that has no clue of history 😂 😂 😂

I attended the Bronco Safari this year. In fact, the management of the event did have a all hands brief on professional, responsible conduct including what not to do to the environment. And they stressed the correlation between doing the right thing and the ability of the off road community to protect the ever diminishing access to the trails we love so much. This was similar to the pre-deployment presentation I received at Moab during the Off Roadeo course, in which they discussed the damage caused by going off trail, importance protecting crypo-biotic soil, etc. Marking the rock was a dumb, thoughtless thing to do. Not critical itself in the overall scheme of things, but to the extent that it might be yet one more case to be made in the closure of any existing trails, it is significant.

Graffiti is really increasing in Boston. It diminished a lot during the implementation of "Broken Windows" policing (attending to small crimes reduces the incident rate of major crimes), but now that Broken Windows is out-of-favor, so-called small crimes--like graffiti vandalism--are increasing.
A lot.

For all you Bronco owners on your high horse that would never dare put chalk on a rock:

https://jalopnik.com/mining-aluminum-for-the-ford-f-150-lightning-is-alleged-1850164431

"A class-action lawsuit against the owner of a refinery that produces aluminum ore used to make cars and EVs, including the Ford F-150 Lightning, argues that the refinery is polluting nearby rivers and streams, and endangering thousands of Brazilians in the process."

NOTICE: The Bronco you bought was built using materials that have destroyed and polluted entire communities. Alongside the phone you have, the shoes you wear, the gas you burn...

I'll never understand the cultish response that comes from these yearly 'defacing' viral posts. Putting chalk on a rock, or engraving stone with another stone is about the least harmful and impactful thing one can do. If you can afford to put a Bronco in your driveway, you're rich compared to most the world. And your consumer choices have caused far more global impact than chalk. I include myself in that.

- End rant
So let's all be assholes!!!!! MERICA!!!!!

Dirt bags are always going to dirt bag. We're lucky to have areas to enjoy off roading and enviormentalists hate anything to do with it. They are powerful people that will not stop until they shut down what ever their after. Don't give them the ammunition to shut us down. Stay on the trail and leave the place cleaner than you found it.

May whoever did that burn in the afterlife for however long that graffiti is on that rock for. I'm guessing that will be a little bit.

Having been to Moab, at least they didn’t do this over top an ancient Indian petroglyphs. Cuz that’s a thing that is constantly happening.

Literally what the actual heck are you all crying about? Fines? LMAO For drawing on a rock?

What next, we find us some caveman descendants and fine them for cave painting? I mean, the audacity...!
Exactly - a lot of judging going on for something so innocuous.
