1. Does the 4 door with MGV really have no cup holders in the rear at all? If this is true it seems like a major design oversight. I saw the 2dr has them, but did not find anything on the 4dr

2. Is there any word on sound insulation with the washout floors? I suspect rubber floors will be much louder than carpet but I havenā€™t really heard anything from Ford on the topic.

Thanks!

The door nets are considered cup holders in ford land. The high package has the only additional sound deadening I believe.

Correct. I suspect the theory is that a flip down arm rest would trap water when washing/wet.

The easiest solution is to opt for the leather. You'll get your carpet and cupholders.

Sorry. There has been so many and I all I saw was a bit of bickering but nothing definitive for the 4dr. Looks like the answer is no cup holders in the rear.

I have come to the conclusion the only thing Americans worry about more than if their meal can have bacon on it, is cup holders. Bacon and cup holders.

Yeah, I prefer the rubber floors, but not if it makes the interior a lot louder. Iā€™ve been in Jeepā€™s with the carpet taken and mud tires, and you cannot hear yourself think.
Iā€™m hoping Ford puts some sound barrier on the rubber, but wasnā€™t sure.
