Yep..sucks, the Hummer EV embarrassed Ford and the Bronco. 2.5 million! How much of that was because of Tunnels to Towers? Ford's Wild Charity doesn't have the same level of respect.

Anyone in the know have an idea of why this Bronco sold for that much? Was the buyer going to donate and absurd amount to the charity anyway? Write off? Is it an investment?

I just don’t see this thing EVER fetching that much or more on the resale market

The guy who bought it said he has "a plan" for it and that it isn't just going to sit in a garage.

It's because hummers have mor eof a recent pop culture presence than the Bronco. Let's just say, being from Atlanta, there will be a lot of these hummers rolling by the clubs.

The hummer won't be a big deal considering the cheapest one, which is expensive, isn't available till 2024 . By then there will probably be a hybrid bronco out

Keep in mind that the Hummer MSRP is probably twice the Bronco and won't be svailable for awhile. The Bronco will be available this summer to anyone with enough money to pay rediculous ADM or talk one of us out of ours. I'd part with mine if somebody offered me $1.075M. Heck, I'd even take $500k.

Edit: Someone else posted that the Hummer is coming out later this year.
