Now before I go into the 1in spacers. I have 2000 miles on the 1/4in spacers looks to have no new rubbing and Look close and you can see a little paint off of the end of that one bracket. no marks on the backside of the tire also.

Sway-bar was disconnected

Ok the 1in spacer sucked lets talk numbers
35 offset 1in spacer/25.4mm with 1in spacer is 9.6 offset
35 offset 1/4 spacer/6.35mm with 1/4in spacer 28.65 offset

I will get some pics with the 1/4in spacer but it just looks a little better than the original pics.

Poke with 1in

Now I understand why people say the tire is hitting the rock rail. Due to poke.

I'll sell them to you but not putting them back on. For a non lifted Bronco Sasquatch on 37s its useless.

I showed it at max thats what I'm looking at for my use. Keep in mind this is also with sway-bar disconnected its a big difference for people that don't have sway-bar disconnect.

Watch this video and yes I aired mine down and its this fast even with 37s like stupid fast.

Will use these to air down (This worked great and is priced right)

So I decided to only do one line and use the line that came with the compressor. I left the original connector add added my connector back a ways the reason I added it back so far was heat didn't want to need clamps so made sure the hose was cool in the place I added the connectors. As you can see from my parts list I added enough to make two lines but its so fast I decided to only make one and it made it so it all fit in the compressor bag even the air down fittings fit in the bag.

As you can see in pics I took out the air gauge and added my own 1-20 and 20-120. I see me adding a tire patch kit it this bag also.

The idea is when I get ready to go rock crawling I can just pick the bag up and I'm ready to go. Quick and easy and wayyyyyy cheaper.

Holy crap, the NAPA air compressor kicked the shit out of that overpriced ARB. Good video find.

@Bradley, just wanting to give you credit here: I think this is one of the cleanest, best looking set-ups I've seen! (y)

Still patiently waiting for delivery of my Bronco, but I'm making plans for similar modifications to what you've shared here.

I have a few questions if you don't mind:

1) I have a 4dr Black Diamond Sasquatch on order. Does your Badlands+Sasquatch have more lift than the BDSquatch?

2) If the BadSquatch and BDSquatch have the same lift geometry, it looks like your 1/4 inch wheel spacer provided the best fitment to reduce rubbing. Would you say that you're completely clear of rubbing now at full-flex with the 1/4 inch wheel spacers? My BDSquatch will not have the swaybar disconnect - will my lack of swaybar disconnect help to eliminate any rubbing if I implement the 1/4 inch wheel spacers?

3) If you're still rubbing anywhere with your current set-up (incl. the 1/4 inch wheel spacers), would a 1 inch Zone level or 1 inch perch collar level completely eliminate rubbing? Or is a level not necessary?

My plan would be to run 37x12.5r17 AT tires like I currently run on my F350 as I daily drive, so not looking for a super aggressive height or section width 37 as I'd want this to fit with practically no rubbing.

4) Would any size wider wheel spacer fit (e.g. 1/2 inch), or would it rub, and where? I saw your comment that the 1 inch wheel spacers did not fit well. I will have the OEM rock rails on my BD.

Apologies in advance if any of this is already covered elsewhere and thanks for your help.

Again, nice work (y)

Thanks

1. No (Same)

2. Yes, 1/4 best fitment with Sasquatch stock wheels. Yes, I have pics showing with and without swaybar disconnected. Without has way more clearance.

3. You will have no rubbing with 1/4 spacer. This is a trick question with the tire I have KM3s or KO2s you would be fine and have no rub being they are only 36.4in but if you get a true 37in tire I THINK you want rub but can't promise being I don't have it. My opinion is unless you want the lift try without if it does rub it will be soooo small it won't hurt anything and you can just add 1in zone leveling kit. If you want it leveled anyway do it it definitely won't hurt a thing.

Your plans won't be a problem but I personally think the 1/4 spacer will be needed but thats all.

4. As I said before in my thread 1/2in spacer won't work unless you are willing to add longer studs. Now if you change wheels you can get that spacing I'm sure but from my testing 1/4in spacer looked to be the sweet spot. (My opinion) You can look at pics with 1/4in spacer and then 1in spacer and see what you think but that my opinion. @1in you can see it starts getting into the fender under full load and swaybar disconnected.
