Just got my 4/17 notification and now my vehicle order tracking link is broken, says “Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.”

Mine has always said that from the email link, is it the same as the back door link?

As I’ve recently found, I can get the backdoor link info from Ford.com>My Account>Account>then under Order click View Details…

Just bumped from 4/24 to 5/1 and my order tracking link has the same error. It did work from the 4/24 scheduled email until today.

I got my email today that I'm bumped back up up to week of 3/27 after being bumped to 4/3 on Feb 28.

My tracker link in the emails worked yesterday but is broken now.

The order tracking link has not worked at all for me and I can't use the backdoor link as I wasn't a reservation holder. Too bad the tracking app is now non-functional.

Thanks, mine is working today also but I noticed on this one and my previous order that they never seem to actually update the "scheduled" date. I also thought it was odd the "ordered date" is when I changed the order to a Heritage Edition 9/30/22. This order was actually originally placed September of 2021.
