Hi,

Over the last couple of days, I've noticed that when going over particularly large potholes, end of winterish, the passenger door rattles a bit. It sounds like the window is not fully engaged or something. Anyone have that same issue?

Also, I noticed today that there was a drip on the inside of my rear window after a rain event. I saw it in the rearview mirror after the wiper went by and I thought, uh oh, what's this all about. When I arrived to my destination I opened the back window and I noticed that the weep hole in the rubber gasket right above the small water streak had a piece of something in it so I picked it out. I would imagine that was the problem so take a look at weep holes if you have a leak.

Do you notice the door rattle when there is a passenger on the seat? I have a similar rattle and it is the seat rails (recall-waiting on a fix from FORD). With a passenger it doesn't do it. Worth checking the DIY window alignment and rattle solutions on this site.

Great idea, thank you!

Mine ended up being all the plastic connectors on the inside of the panel. If there isn’t enough tension after they are popped into the door they will rattle in the panel slightly. I pulled all the plastic pins out, felt taped where they install on the panel and reinstalled on the door. Basically took out all the plastic-plastic contact points.
