Hello guys.

I came up with a solution for this. I made a small 3d printed model to insert to the seat rail.

Model is this:

This is inserted into the seat rail.

There are two holes (front and back) on the seat rail like so:

This piece is designed to "clip" into these holes in order to stay in place when the seat is moved. Once in, it is fairly well fixed.

Finally the end product looks like this:

(sorry for the poor photo)

Just move the seat all the way to the front, push it in, front first (the longer tab) and the back "clicks" in. Once in, no more rattle!!!

The tabs align with the holes and keep the piece in place when the seat is moved, so no worries there!

Attached is the 3d file in case anyone is interested :)

Regards,
Sam.
Printed this and have it ready to go but for the life of me can’t figure out how it is supposed to go in. Can you provide some more info and pics about the progress?
Thanks!

Put your passenger side seat all the way forward.

Tabs go on top and towards the inside of the vehicle.

Align the front tab with the little hole in the seat and then push in all the way to the back. Back one snaps in place. The holes are on the seat rail itself, not the rail mounted on the car.

I will take pics later today if the description is not enough.
