Got the lowers on, should have just went ahead with the uppers also but it’s not too bad of a job to drop the tank out. Taking my time in my garage on the ground took me about 1.5hrs. The arms are flat and about the height of the tank skid. Still awaiting the panhard bar and relocation bracket.

Nice. I got the Synergy Track bar. Made a difference in ride. What track bar and relocation bracket did you get?

Synergy for the bar, rock jock for the relocation bracket. Im a tad OCD so the matchy match itches the odd spot in my brain.

Yeah me too. Make sure to report back on ride differences on road and trail once it’s all aligned. Hopefully you can get those uppers done too.

Howdy, just curious how the Synergy arms build coming along. You get the uppers on, track bar, and other items done? Curious how it drives.

Quick update. My arms won’t get installed till May 1 along with the 4wheel alignment.

Any reports on ride quality since installation? If not I will report my findings in another few weeks!

By the way I didn’t really notice any difference with the Relocation bracket on road or bumpy roads. Haven’t taken my Bronco off-road however due to trails still being snowed in.

Make sure to lube the threads on the arms heavily. Have dealt with a few seized synergy adjusters over the years.

Yep I completely lubed each end with copious amounts of antiseieze. They were dry when I received them.

Well I got my control arms installed however have to take my Bronco back to the shop Monday! They installed the uppers in reverse! Then failed to torque the gas tank bolts. One was hanging down flapping in the wind and could have came off driving. Then they didn’t adjust the sleeves properly with the slots in the arms. I should have just done the work my self and got it aligned. It’s very difficult to find a good shop! At least they are giving me money back on portion of labor.

Besides the poor install job, the Bronco rides great especially with the alignment! It seems to soak up expansion joints better in the rear on the highway and rear end feels more muted if you know what I mean. Rear seems a bit softer too. Excited to take it off road!

Shop fixed the work, installed things correctly and gave me back a large portion of the labor costs. All good now for install! I still double checked all the work at the shop and then verified torque on all bolts.

They set the alignment specs to the following. How’s this look? Bronco rear end seems to soak up bumps better, but the alignment feels different than what I am used to. Steering feels heavier at slow and high speeds. Might be because of the higher caster and slightly negative camber? Should I take it back for another alignment? I was thinking of trying my local Ford dealer to see how well they do for alignments rather than 4x4 shop.

Oh man.. those lowers have definitely been added to my list of goodies to buy 😍 Price point is spot on too IMO.. shit yeah.

Surprised they aren't offered with poly bushes. I wouldn't mind making the switch to poly.. making articulation easier is always nice.
