Got my hard-top lift and soon to have my door caddy, so I thought the next step to a topless summer would be to take out my carpet and get some custom mats. Don’t believe anyone who tells you it’s easy, but I got it done.
Now, does anyone know where one gets the replacement, water-proof flooring?

It was super easy... Ford did it for me with the SAS package.

I can imagine ripping out the carpet and turning it into the SAS flooring is not going to be a quick switch.

Are the drain plugs in the floor under the carpeted floor/insulation?

Find the YouTube video for Armorlite installation and you will get an idea what it will involve. All of the plastic trim panels plus the seats will come out and go back.

Have done the Armorlite install on a base, so very similar. It isn't to bad, but I don't want to do it again. If you are thinking of Killmat/Dynamite or similar, do itbefore the Armorlite.

As noted above, all the seats, trim, seatbelts, etc, must come out first.
