Here‘s my rear seat delete. I used a nice piece of maple plywood and some 1x to use for the framing/box in around the rear cargo area and front seats bracket. Stained so it would have a nice finish and then bought a really nice ProTech anti fatigue mat so the dogs have something comfortable (as you can see, they make themselves at home). We used a piano hinge for the rear access to the factory cargo spot. The videos on YouTube are very helpful on removing the seats. It took me about an hour or so with no real issues. I left the rear seatbelts plugged in so they wouldn’t throw dash codes. I did end up cutting out the goofy plastic trim cover pieces on the sides behind the seats so the board would fit right in. Full disclosure: I did not build nor trim out the deck. A friend who is a trim carpenter came over and did most all of the deck build as he had the tools and know how
