Never knew blow off valves are now illegal in California ???

I’ve always bought high end Nov valves for the past 28 + years and now I ordered one for the Raptor and they canceled and issued a refund. Non epa compliant . What a joke this state has become

Sure, but that would have nothing to do with a blow off valve. It's literally venting compressed air that's bypassing the entire engine.

You wouldn’t hear me or any of my turbo engines in the outdoors. For me it’s the functionality
