adding anything to it quickly diminishes the ability to fold the top back.. I put a 270 awning on mine, and it was all I had to tilt it back and lower down without destroying everything in its wake.

One thing my wife and I like is that we don't hear the soft top flapping around like an old convertible...now it just sounds like you are in a small wind tunnel. So we don't mind. I am adding the GOBI wind deflector so I will see what that does for wind noise.
Did the wind deflector make a difference. Getting the rack and considering adding the deflector. Thanks for any feedback!
Not sure. I definitely think the GOBI makes more wind noise. So maybe it just makes me feel better to have the deflector on. However I don't have the softtop side window flappy noise with both the ladders on the gobi.
