Idk if it's that specific bolt, but there is a recall out for a seat bolt coming out.
I had that recall done at my last oil change and it didn't fix the rattle.

It's kinda crazy how many different passenger seat rattles people have had that have required different fixes. Ford out here making cars for 130 years and still hasn't solved seats 🤣

Maybe @Ford Motor Company will read all these fixes and make changes to the seats. We can all be paid as contract Engineers. 😂

Google brought me here after searching about the wonderful passenger seat rattle I was experiencing. I read this entire thread and decided to try the 3d printed part as the seat track having some looseness seemed like the problem I was having. I could push against the side of the passenger seat back and get the noise to stop while driving. Unfortunately, the 3d printed part did not work for me, pushing against the seat while standing outside the passenger door still had the seat making the noise. I could even get it to happen while gently pushing against the side of the seat back so I stuck my hand under the seat to feel for play or something loose.

When I pushed on the seat I could feel the seat moving around this bolt. I got out my torx sockets and tried tightening the bolt. It turns out it's left hand threaded, but tightening it did not fix the rattle. I removed the bolt to see if there was a damaged bushing or something in there since it looks like this is part of the mechanism to raise and lower the seat and needs to pivot on that bolt. There was no bushing but the bolt does have a plastic washer. I decided to try adding something to allow me to tighten the bolt further. I ended up taking a 7/8" rubber grommet and cutting it in half, ensuring the cut side was smooth.

I put the cut in half grommet around the shoulder of the bolt, up against the plastic washer and added a drop of blue loctite to the threads. I then lifted the back of the seat to align the holes and reinstalled the bolt making sure I could feel the end of the bolt come through the threaded hole all the way.

I just completed a nice long drive over a few sets of railroad tracks and I'm happy to say there's no more rattling coming from my passenger seat. Hopefully this will help someone else out with the annoying rattle!

I feel pretty confident this would fix my seat rattle. How did you get that trim piece (shroud) off?

I didn't need to remove any trim to get at that bolt. I just used an extension to reach it.
