Thank you for your pre-order of the X-Rack Easy-Fold Rear Window System for the Ford Bronco.

We sincerely appreciate your patience as we worked through the final stages of development and production. We are excited to report that our first production run will be shipping soon.



Action Required: Verify Your Rear Window Clip Measurement
During testing, we discovered that Ford used two different rear window clip configurations on Bronco soft tops. These variations do not appear to be tied to a specific model year or trim level, but rather to different production suppliers.

To ensure you receive the correct version of the Easy-Fold Window System, please compare the measurement shown in the attached photo to the clip on your Bronco soft top.

• If your measurement matches the example shown, Please reply with confirmation.

(Your measurements may vary by up to1/2” which is normal and will work, but more than a 1/2” will need to be noted for us to send you the correct item).



• If your measurement differs from the example shown, please reply to this email with your measurement so we can ensure you receive the correct version.



Important Information About Production Scheduling
Receiving this email does not necessarily mean your order will be included in the first production run.

Orders will be processed in the order they were received. While many pre-orders were placed through our website, others were taken directly through our office by phone and have been included in the same queue.



What Happens Next?
Customers selected for the first production run will receive:

• A payment notification to finalize the order

I was given the opportunity to test a pre-production prototype of the XRack Easy-Fold Soft Top Windows on my 2021 Ford Bronco 4-Door, and I’ve been genuinely impressed.

From the moment I opened the package, it was clear this is a well-engineered, high-quality product proudly made in the USA.

Installation was simple and straightforward. Everything lined up exactly as it should — no fighting with parts, no adjustments, and no forcing anything into place. The fitment was excellent: the panels sit tight, secure, and look like they could have come from the factory. It is amazing that Ford did not think of this.

The arrows in the photos show where the included Velcro pieces are installed to help secure the windows in place. I replaced the factory clip panels with the included XRack Velcro panels (see photos), and the process was quick and easy.

What really stands out is the ease of use. The Easy-Fold design makes opening up the Bronco fast and convenient without needing to remove and store the soft top windows every time you want open-air driving.

The materials feel premium throughout — heavy-duty fabric, strong stitching, quality hardware, and a clean finished appearance. Once installed, everything stayed tight with no sagging, no flapping, no movement, and no additional highway noise. The windows fold neatly and operate exactly the way Bronco owners would want.

XRack clearly understands the Bronco community: simple installation, easy operation, excellent fit, and quality construction. It also says a lot that the owner of XRack drives a Bronco every day — you can tell this product was designed by someone who actually uses and understands the platform.

I Highly recommend this to any 6th Gen Bronco owner looking to make their soft top more functional while keeping the factory look and feel.

We are working diligently to get these produced. Our first 2 production runs were only 25 units each, to make sure we are getting quality from our US based manufacturer. Next run will be much larger and should be here next month. I appreciate the patience!

Understandable. My question is were these first runs shipped out to customers, or just as a sort of QC check? I received quote request #14 on the day preorders opened so I was under the assumption I’d be one of the first shipped out.

I’m just a bit bummed out that we’re already about a month into summer when I was hoping to enjoy the product the most before cooler temps hit.
