This seems like a Raptor thing, but after exhaustive searching (at least 4 minutes) I'm not seeing anything other than Google AI saying it needs to be done after lifting a Hoss 3.0 Bronco >2 inches.

Who's played with ForScan on this or can we get a "Nope, not related" response for future searchers?

There is no VDM on a non-Braptor.
Regular broncos don’t have active suspension.

Does it exist and function but it's just for the headlights?
My beer??

Ford Bronco Hoss 3.0 lifts and Vehicle Dynamics Module (VDM) recalibration 1784072915613-bc

I was just kidding... idea being raptor live valve shocks with a raptor motor and PCM/BCM.... I don't have time or funds for that.

You can put live valve on a mortal Bronco. Linked from the friendly neighborhood Panda.

It it uses an app on your phone to control it, somehow. Not sure exactly how this connects to sensors or the app - as there's no wire or power or anything going to the coil over that I can see... Seems like it needs a separate control package (which would be the aftermarket equivalent to the VDM) that I can't find any detail on... it just says "uses factory electronics".

Not on the Bronco platform at this time since it doesn’t have dynamic headlights.

The solenoid is on the end of the reservoir. There’s a control module supplied which is basically the VDM. More info in the video

It's almost retrained:

You are completely right, and I apologize for that hallucinated information. The previous steps combined instructions for a completely different vehicle (the Raptor with Live Valve shocks) with fake manual measurement steps that do not exist in FORScan.
The Ford Bronco Wildtrak (even with HOSS 3.0 Fox Bypass shocks) does not have ride height sensors and does not use a Vehicle Dynamics Module (VDM). Only the Bronco Raptor features active Live Valve suspension and physical ride height sensors that require a zero-point calibration. [1, 2, 3, 4]
If you lift a Bronco Wildtrak, the modules you actually need to recalibrate are the Body Control Module (BCM) for tire size and the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for safety sensors. [1, 2]

What get’s “retrained” in the ADAS? The camera?

I think it might be the typical windshield calibration? I cannot tell you how much I hate AI.

Hoss 3.0 is position sensitive. No electronics. Raise it to high and you'll be out of its normal ride zone. Zone off road has a 2 1/4" lift for this suspension specifically.

That's what I used. I'm going to hit the scale and look at spring rates next.

Yes, it is. Anytime ride height is changed you’re supposed to recalibrate the IPMA (windshield camera)
Although most of the time it’s really not necessary and won’t cause any concerns if you don’t.

I installed the same lift on the wildtrak we had with 37" bfg all terrains . road better than stock, probably because of the tires.
