I doubt they care. Their answer will be:
1. You shouldn't have bought the Traildeck when it was on sale. :D
2. You should replace your heavy 35/37" spare with the 31" we designed this for. Then your heavy spare won't bend your tailgate into the Traildeck.
3. Just wait for our 3rd gen version with custom clearance! Coming in June!

Reading this thread I get the impression that someone who purchase the Broaddict should plan on modifying it to make it what it should be. It rattles, the handle intrudes on most tailgate tables and now it rubs against the tailgate bulge. All issues that Broaddict should have dealt with in their initial design process.

I'm still considering buying one since it has features that no others seem to have. But I'm trying to get a clear idea of what I'll have to fix once it's installed.
I am in the exact same boat. The use of it is will drive me to fix those small things. Appreciate all the feedback!! Keep it coming!

Yessir! Exact same spot. I got tired of it and cut off the tab to make clearance.
Any pics of what you did and/or suggestions on how to cut it without messing up the rubber coating?

I’m trying to solve the right side of the drawer having additional play that rattles when driving. Have the larger bumper pads installed and have played with the mounting positioned due to the slotted mounting holes, but no luck. Only thing that solves it is closing a rag against the right side
Yeah, mine still rattles .. But also, all the stuff in it rattles, but also … my rear mounted compressor on a molle rattles … So I’ll continue to do what I always do, crank up the volume on Spotify and “roll with it”

But if anyone finds legit long term solutions to the rattle, I’m all ears. I just have a creeping suspicion that when you put a rear drawer made out of metal, it’ll rattle no matter what. Wood would rattle a whole lot less.
