@Deadpool392 pointed out that the BRaptor uses Aux 1 for OEM Installed Rigid Lights!
No need to read post, mystery solved!

Threw a few photos of the wiring loom exposed and fuse box removed if interested to see how it comes apart. Below on Post #8.
***

My OEM Aux Switch 6 leads, has the Aux 1 Purple w Green not visible. I have 5 Aux leads, and the 3 extension leads. I assumed it wasn’t pulled out of loom, so I opened loom both directions and it’s not present. Meaning it’s under the Fuse box and Junction blocks.

Has anyone experienced this and where did you find the wire? After removing fuse block, can anyone direct me where to track wire to which fuse block connector or which loom?

That’s the wire map if leads are where there supposed to be. Mine are all present except where the 6 Aux leads are, I have 5. Cut open loom thinking it wasn’t pulled out when taping… chased 2 different purple / green but they were other circuits.

It’s somewhere under the Fuse block junction box area… I’m not sure which of the 3 junction boxes the Aux circuits originate. I watched the video of shop adding Aux Switch… but he swapped fuse boxes and just stated Aux wiring already present in junction box... didn’t say which of the 3.

That should be covered under warranty although now that you’ve cut it apart, they may not agree at the dealership, depending on your service department there.

My Dealership would probably continue the search and not fuss with me opening the loom (removing tape). I don’t think removing tape and pulling wires out violates warranty when you consider all the wiring performed on vehicles adding lights and power devices.

It started relatively minor, assuming it was tucked in loom. I’d pull it out and retape.
That has since expanded… I’d prefer to find and correct it vs time to Dealership on my work days.

But that would be my final path if I’m not finding. I’ll tape it back up some, and inform them what I’ve done so far to locate it.

Bronco Raptor? Aux 3 is yellow on the Raptor's, Aux 1 is already wired up to the Rigid lights so thats why you only see 5 wires. Also Aux 3 is our heaviest duty Aux switch, it's 30A.

Hey Thanks… that’s odd… that’s an accurate BRaptor table compared to the one I looked at. Although even organized different, still using the same 6 wires for Aux Switches (color and guage). The Violet / Grn is Aux 1 and same gauge and Amp as the other diagram at Aux 3.

Just slowed down and reread your post!
Holly Crap… mystery solved!
I didn’t even consider the Rigid Lights as in Aux Switch.

Laughing at myself… I just spent hours disassembling and putting everything back together… disappointed about a dead end.
When no problem after all…
Mix of self embarrassment and Frustration!
But solved… thanks @Deadpool392 .

Just to share my journey down a totally unnecessary path...
If anyone is interested in seeing a few photos of taking the Fuse Box and lower mounts to expose the main loom that passes underneath the Fuse box.

This isn't a quick job... especially to secure the loom and components: Retaping and Zipstrips.

Loom exposed and unwrapped. Fuse Box, battery control Module.
Battey box and Main loom uncovered to inspect.

Going back together... Fuse block mount all reinstalled & all wires looms rewarped and mounted.

Loom all buttoned back up, all components back in...
The 5 Aux Leads are exposed sitting behind Fuse box.

Wish I would have seen your post earlier, I went down the whole path of chasing wires and figuring things out. Heads up on the wiring behind the glovebox, use good lighting, the orange/gray and orange/white can be miss identified. My orange/white was also not exposed, after wiring everything up I figured out that it was the wrong wiring I tied together. I had to remove panels and track down the correct wire to get to the rear, it was taped up in the harness and easily found.

Not a problem, appreciate the shout out… I was just getting it back together thinking may need to take to Dealership. Ha!! You saved me from major embarrassment… ahh, Sir that Aux is already used. Dah!

Hear ya on that Glove box. I installed the additional alarm module… that was a bear to prep and install on side of glove box area. Those are even more challenging, bending and backwards for old guy!

This all started because I just got my Ditch Lights and Ft Light Bar… and I was verifying the Aux Switch leads. Previously turned on 1 set of Rigid with Fog switch on light knob… didn’t even cross my mind 2nd set.

I saw the Ft Lead on radiator cover… so I was thinking Ft Circuit is open, not used
