My BB has 4A (SAS), so that's my go-to in the winters. I don't run it in 4H much unless the weather gets gnarly. I'd leave my Toy 4Runners in 4H all winter with no issues. But there are many threads here that poo-poo that for the Bronco.

I don't think running 4h would be any worse in a Bronco than it would be for a 4runner. The mechanical risks are the same. That said, no benefit to running 4h when you have 4a I'd think.

I've been running Studded Nokian Hakkapeliittas on my 2021 for 5 Alaskan winters this year, I'm in 4A or 4H from October to April.

in most places the optimium perormance studded tire make no difference since 90% of care will have AS to poor or worn tires these are the dangers in extreme weather in which case I stay home or get uber /taxi we.

All large lug siped tires will do great in snow and slush and ice is easy to hendle with two side wheels on the shoulder or take the unpolishex and graveled middle ans side parts of a lane.

Ice tires are generally poor in deep snow and slush.
