Paul, you've misread my statement. 2020 Ranger is the same size as 2010 F150.



2010 F150 (L, W, H)

• 213", 79", 72"

2020 Ranger (L, W, H)

• 211", 78", 71"

The part that I find ridiculous is that the 2010 F150 was a full sized truck and the 2020 Ranger is somehow a mid sized truck? No, the Ranger is a full sized truck and the 2020 F150 has become gargantuan.

Edit: I made the original statement flippantly based on feeling of size. The exact sizes were researched for this post and the results are eerily similar dimensions.

You have to compare the same cab configurations. You can't compare the length of a regular cab short box F-150 to a crew cab Ranger. You also can't compare the width without mirrors on one to the width with mirrors on the other.

What's the deal with the rear bumpers? Three of the back-end photos show textured areas on the bumper tops—on the orange, gray & black vehicles. I'm poking around on the B&P and I can't make any sense of it from an option/trim level standpoint.

What is this model?

Tail lights lead me to think BL or higher but the spare tire looks out of place. It's not an OBX, WT, or FE.

I almost think it's an OBX without red flares.

I'm not sure I'll ask!

I think so too but why doesn't this car have one?

It should be a BL based on tail lights, black flares, and non-blacked out Bronco logo. Steel rear bumpers come standard on BL and BD only and I haven't seen a way to add them to any other model, front yes, rear, no.

These pre-production cars are driving me nuts!

Nothing real new.. says 15 broncos a day through February. Then April change to 75 percent Broncos and 25 percent Rangers..

Plan is to build 500 per 10 hour shift with two shifts running to equal 1000 day!

Does this confirm I can drive my bronco around with only the orange bars of the headlights on? I really hope so.

Also the vibrant orange color is nice. I was hoping for very orange or very yellow not just amber.

I really wish they put the BLIS radar in the taillights. That plastic piece under the taillight is so obvious.

I must be missing what plastic piece you are talking about.
Anyway you or someone could point out what plastic piece you are talking about?

I've done the plastidip, doesn't look as good as the real thing. Will go aftermarket for my badlands.

I am assuming it will be a popular parts purchase and could be hard to get for a little while.

I found if you hit the badge with a clear/gloss coat after the plastidip, you get a more professional look. Otherwise it can get a little washed or faded.
