Any Ford-knowledgeable know why status would move to “In Production” 7 days before the scheduled-to-day date?

In terms of the public-facing tracker, the "production phase" begins with parts sequencing for the body shop. From what I can ascertain, the "production date" is the date your rig hits final assembly.Any Ford-knowledgeable know why status would move to “In Production” 7 days before the scheduled-to-day date?
I don't know the answer but I feel like congrats are in order.Correction: 7 days ahead of my “scheduled-to-day” date
Kinda like saying they went AHEAD and PUSH BACKWARD.They gave worst case scenarios when they pushed peoples date back. Now that things are getting ironed out people are being brought back forward
edit: hahaha”back forward”
You got a VIN and a date. They are building before that date. I'm pretty sure it is bad luck to ask why. Just count yourself lucky.Any Ford-knowledgeable know why status would move to “In Production” 7 days before the scheduled-to-day date?
I hope you are right. When I called Ford to check on my date the lady on the phone said she sees it starting 7/19 (my build date) and taking two weeks to complete the build. I took it with a grain of saltThis is totally normal for the production of any Ford vehicle. It is "in production" when the window sticker is generated. Parts are being sequenced and assigned to the blend number. Final assembly happens on the assigned build day.
It’s because your damn awesome!Any Ford-knowledgeable know why status would move to “In Production” 7 days before the scheduled-to-day date?
Yeah, that's not what happens. The vehicle is completed on the build day or maybe the next depending on what time of day it starts. 2 weeks? Even with the "shipping issues" I have had most of the Ford vehicles I've ordered in my driveway (in FL) within 2-3 weeks of the build day.I hope you are right.
