I supposedly am at the oldest/biggest dealer in Charlotte and yes he does tons of fleet business so you would think the allocation is high but I get nothing along those same lines.

I'm betting they have way more orders than allocations. 10,000 build rate / 3,000 dealerships = 3.33 per month allocation based on just straight average. The larger dealerships may get 3 to times that? Maybe 9-12 a month, but if they have a 100 sold, still could be a long wait. Some dealers may only get 1 per month or every other month. I don't know if dealer sales figures are public data? If so we could probably arrive at their estimated allocation.

I just called my local dealer (smaller than the one I ordered from) asked about their allocations, orders ahead of me, and confirmed it would be msrp- probably putting in a second order- same build- just for shits and giggles.

I'm not sure what came of all the 2021 VIN's that were assigned. The thought back then was an assigned 2021 VIN has to be built that year.
Did they build them all?
Did they cancel and folks had to go re-order really late in the game?

To be clear, I am speaking towards orders that recieved build dates and VIN's and then got bumped repeatedly to the end of MY21.

I have a 2021 with VIN that was scheduled to be built on 12/10. Still says it’s in production.

Who did you order through? I ordered through Mooresville Ford and they’ve been pretty transparent about everything. I think she told me that had 11 allocations for January.

5 weeks = 1.25 months * 10,000 per month = 12,500?

7/14/2020 reservation. Called my dealer and still no build date. This is getting ridiculous.

I was just contacted by my dealership that I have a VIN and a scheduled build date of February 21st.. WTF... I am curious if I was scheduled during the last batch and just now notified?? The backdoor link shows nothing scheduled. I am happy as hell to get a VIN just a bit confused as this weeks scheduling is from FEB 28 to Mar 28.

I got scheduled today for Feb too, 2/14. Wondering if they’re filling in gaps now production is running strong

Mostly, they got built.

A small handful of Dirt Mountaineers were built shortly after New Years.

But then, since absolutely nothing goes 100% right with Bronco production, we have The Lost Batch.
