I'm going to say mine has been showing up on Pals in a pending state for at least a week now. Some people's went from pending to shipped very quickly. Not sure what has held mine up.

Hi all, FWIW, I just found my rig and it's VIN on Cars.com and my dealers website. From what I've heard, when it auto-shows on the the dealer site, it means it's been delivered or close to delivery. I've received no update past "In Production" on the Ford tracker, and no built or shipped emails from Ford.
Update:
I emailed my dealer asking about this and it sounded like they were just going off of what the tracker says... which doesn't ultimately help, however, the VIN showing on their website is something new...

Where are you getting an ETA the is giving you a range? My ETA just says 11/22/21.

Just replace the X's with your vin and order number respectfully. You will see code that looks like this. Your range is from etaStart to etaEnd

Yeah that ain’t working. I have done the tracking on the pizza and the 6g and I still don’t get anything past production date of 11/3. But both tracking say ETA is 11/22/21

At the dealer picking up our bronco now! Never got a shipped email, but it arrived one day early from the built email estimate. The wait is finally over! Good luck to everyone still waiting! Without this thread I would have gone crazy!
Bronco arrived by train to Denver this morning, now just waiting for it to leave the rail yard and head to the dealership!
