Ford Bronco 🛠 4/4/22 build week group [now with Google doc] 1650029235503

Here is mine, I have a 4 digit tear tag and window sticker was last updated on 4/11. Modules started popping on the 11th. I have no idea where this thing actually is. Call it an early easter egg hunt.

Still no change as of today. It's safe to say they're all on hold, now we just wait to find out if its a short inspection hold or a chip shortage (mud mountain for spring?) long term hold. This is Ford's biggest screw up, they've always done things like this and give no information, not even to the dealers (or even the Ford contractors answering chat session), people are much happier if they know what's going on, but Ford doesn't seem to understand that.

So this makes me wonder yet again....here is a shot of my tracking app....As you can see it in in production (the number in this status has been climbing slowly) and it says 330. Your IN PRODUCTION says 201....

Just something else to ask....WTF???

Mine's up to 97 (from 26, when I first started paying attention to that number). Makes sense that mine is a lower count given the % of 2 doors vs 4 door. The app/site combines like VINs.

When i call my vendors for updates on materials i say i don’t care if it’s bad news i just need news. Give me what you got so i can make a proper assessment of what i need to tell my customers.
I was planning on selling my jeep on Monday since i can borrow my parents car for 2 weeks while they are away. If it’s not gonna get here by the 28th i won’t sell it.

Sorry, what are the column headers? Curious what they call the ones about the date ranges. Did this come from your dealer??

Looks like it's built but tracker isn't showing. Who knows what's right :)

I am a dealer, this is my personal vehicle. Admittedly, I'm worried less about it than most since I had 2 first day reservations, and used one to get a 4 door Softtop last October, and waited to get the 2 door I really wanted until hardtops were available and we got all our early reservations scheduled so when this comes in I'll trade for what I wanted to start with.

Thanks for sharing. So basically, chat has the same info, and it's where they communicate this data from. It is weird (to me) trying to decipher what Start Date and End Date mean regarding something that's already consider "Produced". It would make more sense if the Start Date was the date it actually started, and the end date was when they expect whatever the hold is to be resolved.

The only way the delay really impacts me is delaying the financing. I'd prefer to lock in before next month's expected rate hike, but don't want to lock in before a preapproval would expire. I guess we'll see what happens on my "End Date ETA" of 4/30.
