02/28/22 Build Week Thread

Did you check the Backdoor link or the tracker? TBD seems odd for the tracker.

Yeah, I have a VIN. No complaints here. Still no emails about being scheduled at all.

Don’t get too comfy. You will probably get bumped about 800 more times before they actually build your car.

I assumed there’d be delays and told myself it’s normal at this point and out of our control so it is what it is…just grateful we all have VINs and that our orders are at least scheduled

A build date isn’t really all that great unless they actually stick to it. The first time I got pushed a week back I was bummed, but I understood. However, I was pushed another week, then 2 months and now another week. I try to only check every once in a while because I know I’ll be let down.

I’m a day 1 reservation holder.. I’ve been rescheduled 4 times now and only received one correspondence.. which was when I was originally scheduled. No follow up after being rescheduled.

At this point I’d rather not even have a build date, because it doesn’t really mean anything to me. All it does is give false hope.

Yeah. I get that.. the thing is. Once we get closer to the 2/21 build week. It’ll get pushed back another week or maybe another couple of months.

I’m seriously losing faith that this vehicle will ever be in my hands.

We found out a week ago that our lease is actually for 39 months not 36 like we originally thought so we now have til the end of May 22’ to turn it in so hopefully it’s built by then

Well I hope you get it soon. Something wrong going on there. Crazy how this happens, and then you see others that don’t get bumped and experience a smooth process.
