10Mar23 Priority code changed to 99!!!

Hi all, I just checked with Ford Chat and my priority code has gone from 10 to 99. Is anyone else seeing this for those of us still waiting to be scheduled? Just curious if this is because of the March 7th cutoff to drop things which I kept all 3 Sins and actually never received an email or any notification from my dealer I was even being offered this! My dealer verified I was still at a 10 Unscheduled Clean so hopefully the Dealer is correct

Don't trust Ford Chat. I used the chat a while back and they asked for my original order date which was back in 2001. They also told me it was 99'd which I freaked out on. I then realized the 99 was for my 2021 order, not my most recent 2023. I had to give them my reorder date back in September of 2022 for my 2023. Once they looked up they found it and it was PC19, not 99. So basically a false alarm. You might want to try that and see if it is the issue.

yes, and it has been a 10 since the MY roll over so maybe the Chat person was seeing that old order. That is what my dealer thinks anyways. Just curious if any folks still not scheduled happened to check and see the same thing. Probably overreacting!

Not overreacting. Best to try and stay on top of things. You could always try chat again or call. The dealer should have the info though. He can see what priority level it is at.

My dealer emailed I need to sign a Dora per COVP. I had come in to do that months earlier and they said no need. My copy showed 99. How can I be scheduled for production and 99 was my question. Esigned and all was good.

Remember earlier in the year when they scheduled a ridiculous amount of manuals and heritage editions then late feb said no more manuals and HEs until Q3? I wonder if the same thing is going to happen for the MIC, LUX, SAS and they end up 99'ing those orders until later on in the year?
