Vehicle: 2021 Bronco Big Bend
Engine: 2.3L EcoBoost
Transmission: 7-Speed Manual (with crawler)
Mileage: 85.5K
I started this build with one goal: make the Bronco more engaging to drive and more usable in the real world—while fixing a few things I personally feel should’ve come stock. It’s a daily driver that’s seen dirt, mud, mountains, and air. It’s done road trips, long days behind the wheel, and plenty of stop-and-go. No trailer life, no show-only parts.
Most of the focus has been on drivability, lighting, power management, and protection, while keeping the truck reliable and livable.
Mods (Currently Installed):
With all of this installed, daily driving is definitely an experience. The process has very much been a break it, replace it, and try again approach—and honestly, that’s been part of the fun. From light to moderate off-road use, long-distance trips, and everyday driving, this build isn’t for everyone.
Some people will love it, some won’t—and that’s fine. BroncoNon is built around the manual transmission and actually being driven in real-world situations, whether that’s a quick run, a long cruise, or needing the truck to move now.

Quick sanity check / FAQ
- Clutch & tune: Stage 2 clutch has been solid with the ProCal 4 tune. Pedal feel is better than stock. Some added noise from the single-mass flywheel is expected.
- Drivetrain: No driveshaft changes needed with this setup so far.
- Suspension: Rides well on and off road. Alignment after install is a must.
- Electrical: Dual battery plus solar has handled lighting and audio without voltage issues, even at idle or when parked.
- Lighting: Windshield light bar stays clean and quiet without a housing—install quality matters.
- Audio: Amp and tailgate sub combo works well and pairs nicely with the Kicker Audio speakers
