Interesting. I have been trying to decide if I need a winch for my Braptor. I had one on my Badlands and, in 5 years of ownership, used it twice...both times to pull someone else out of a situation.

I'm having issues with my winches currently, and was contemplating getting a cheap one off Marketplace in the meantime. Just ordered one of these to hopefully tie me over till I figure something out. Will be good to have a cheap backup. Ended up $102 with taxes and shipping.

Not a fan of the brand but pretty hard to turn down that price. I don't need one but pulled the trigger anyways. Good find OP

I figure there's probably no telling who makes it anyways, probably one of those things that's rebranded 10 different times. I'm planning on just hooking the winch to my Warn control pack anyways, hopefully that will limit potential shortfalls. Will just have to make sure I'm nice to it and not burn it up when I have to use it.
