I wouldn't do 18s, tire selection has been shrinking. Right now the most tire options are 17s and 20s.

How big of a tire do you want? What load rating? I would do a 265/60r20 on a daily driver and you can get a fairly aggressive tire in that size P rated.
Yeah saw that Online doing some research - that tire selections are limited when you go up to 18s. I've already decided that I will be sticking with 17s :)

Standard badlands wheels maybe, they look really similar to yours IMO. Though I believe they are a 1/2” wider and 20mm less offset… so, all in all they should only poke 1” more than what you have now.

Keep in mind that I could be wrong, so no guarantees… lol
I don't want any tires sticking out chipping my paint. Even 1". I live off road and my road is currently very swampy with all the rain we've been getting. I have a hard enough time cleaning it now!

I remember when 15” wheels were for offroading, and 17’s were for sports cars… 🥹

Lots of trucks have 18's and they look great, 20s on the other hand should be outlawed - LOL
I saw some pics of Broncos with 18's with 35's and they looked great. I'd stick with the 17s if you are rock crawling, but if you doing dirt roads and beaches they'll work well.

I am still waiting on mine but when it arrives… I am going 18 because…I want a very specific wheel (modular 2 piece forged) where 18” is the smallest size they offer.

If they made them in 17, I would go 17.

I'm thinking of upgrading my wheels soon - but keep thinking that 18s would look nicer.....But at what cost?
- Comfort loss going from 17s to 18s?
- Decrease of Off Roading capabilities?
- etc......

I'm likely not doing any major rock climbing/crawling stuff, but do want to retain most of the Bronco's off-Roading prowess :)

I'm choosing between the KMC Recon (Satin Black) or the ICON Alloys Thrust (Silver/Alloy color)
I was debating between 17 or 18 inch wheels on my OBX. I ended up with ICON Compression Wheels when it was on sale with 295/70 R18 I'm happy with it and enjoy my Bronco everyday.

I also have mud flaps...finally! It took a year for someone to make them for a non-sas vehicle and have them in stock.
Haha! Nice! I actually had trouble finding a proper manufacturer for the SAS.

As someone who put 35" tires on the OBX 18" wheels, the options are way more limited compared to 17" wheels.
