Gonna pop the two top panels off at the dealer and drive straight to my shop. Then take off the doors, rest of the roof and if I have them put on the bimini top and tube doors. Then head for the beach.

1. take the top off, go through the gears varying rpms for proper break in

2. Aftermarket 35s, seat covers

3. Tune, potentially downpipe, intercooler, etc.

Call up Mom, have her guess what kind of car my wife bought. "Like my car, it's a Ford but not one you'd expect her to buy". If she guesses Mustang, "You're close...."

Then pull around the corner in her shiny new Velocity Blue 2-door Sasquatch.

We'll get the windows tinted very quickly as well. 20% most likely.

Maybe vent the BOV to atmosphere like on my Flex

Pending delivery. I am hoping it will be in October for me since I live in FL.

If so:

Drive home and pop doors and roof off. Drive aimlessly around town.
Take it to the beach with the wife on a weekend day.

Tint it

Powder coat the rings on the Sasq wheels orange to match stitching/accents.

Take it off road with my dad and my buddy who owns a Jeep.


Not much of anything else while under warranty.

First thing i'm going to do is kiss my wife, drive a bunch, drink a bit & then sleep - rinse and repeat across the country.

Drive it straight to my brother’s garage to remove the MIC top. Gotta go back to the dealer to get the soft top, don’tchya know?

Drop the soft top low, retrieve my wife and drive around all night. Gonna do a slow crawl up JFK Boulevard East. (Shout out to my Northern Jersey folks, who should know this is the best view of Manhattan possible from the Jersey side of the Hudson.)

Find somewhere to park and try to make out while looking at the NYC skyline. Pretend this is normal when endless traffic is zooming by us.

My midlife crisis ride is a ticket back to being a teenager. I want to catch up on all the living I didn’t do back in the day.

1st day- sit in it for hours while i pinch myself to make sure its real.

2nd day- ceramic tint, install dashcam setup some bajadesigns lighting.

3rd day- drive the piss out of it.

1) Stare at it sitting in my driveway
2) Move it into the garage and stare at it some more
3) Start asking myself.....What the Hell am I ever going to need the front Stabilizer Bar disconnect for that I used as a justification to myself for the purchase of a badlands trim level?

Spend 2 days driving back slowly to Michigan from Granger on the back roads while breaking it in properly.

Enjoy living in Michigan with tons of trails and parks, especially silver lake!

Get the front side windows tinted, figure out how to disable auto start/ stop, work on pulling out the rear seats/ seatbelts and figure out a flat floor build.
