Ordered a 2022 Bronco Big Bend 2.7L Automatic in mid February 2022. Order conversion was officially completed yesterday, 11/9. The new order form verified 2023 msrp with options but showed an increase of $2,000. Called Ford and they said I have a price protection certificate worth $1,995 in the system. After a few questions, they said the certificate expires on 1/3/23 and that the dealer doesnt have to honor it (wtf). Hoping the Bronco gets built by year end so the certificate expiration wont cause an exception issue. Although Ford reported it would work to clear the Bronco backlog by end of this year, I am not holding my breath. Hoping for the best....
