Automatic conversion to 2023?

I have a walk-in order from early 2022. I talked to Ford chat today and they said my order was switched to a 2023 order. I plan to meet with my dealer later this week, but can anyone else confirm that orders are automatically being converted? Do I need to do anything else?

Orders are being converted now. You still need to update the order and follow through with COVP.

Dealer won't be able to edit the order until 9/21 so meeting them later this week won't help you.

UNCONVERTED RESERVATIONS

If you have an unconverted reservation you will receive an email from Ford on September 28th with information on how to convert your reservation for an order. If you do not convert your reservation to an order by November 21st, your reservation will automatically be canceled.

Last year, Ford automatically converted all the orders, and if you had a discontinued color, your color got changed to black. Then the order was put in 99 status.

After you reviewed it, and made whatever changes you wanted, the order was changed back to priority 10-19.

This year Ford appears to be doing the same thing, with the addition of COVP. Any hold-over orders and any non-converted reservations will be canceled if COVP is not completed by sometime in November.
