Tire diameter can’t be more than 2800mm. Seems like the consensus is 2760mm is just about right for 37” tires. After you program the BCM with the tires size, you need to relearn the AWD Module next. Once that is completed, then you try to relearn the PCM. Most of the time this fail, in which case you can reset all adaptation instead and you should be good.
As for the 5.38 gears, I’m battling that right now. Unfortunately, the BCM and the AWD Module will take it, but the PCM says it is outside it’s parameters. Trying to figure out a work around…
