Human Nature .. we want things we can't have and once we get it we want something else.

I would imagine Jeep owners hate their color choices and wish they had some Bronco colors.
True…however honestly, I just want what I ordered. Same as the Antimater Blue folks who ordered in 21 and lost their color in 22 just for it to come back in 23.

Maybe, but if Ford ran the color options like Jeep, normal color palette each year with, 2 high velocity or limited run colors, that would be ideal. Nacho, Lime, Tuscadera, Pumpkin ect are only offered once every so many years, and then only for half the model year run.

Bumping this thread as questions have arisen recently on paint availability.
What is your question? I believe the rumor is that very sadly Area51 and Cyber Orange will not be around in 23. It would be a real disappointment for those of us who ordered those colors. Is there any new news on this front @Ford Motor Company?

Is Ford really going to produce less than 4,000 Heritage Limited units at MAP and give it 3 unique color options over MY23 and MY 24? Meanwhile the Heritage gets no unique colors and only 5 color options. WTF. Everglades, Raptor, and Heritage Limited all get at least one unique color option, but Heritage gets 3 grays, black, and red. At least offer the entire leaked palette in this thread. I'm surprised it's worth their time to dedicate a gun at MAP for such Limited runs over two model years.

I don't have any questions. But recently there has been other threads questioning whether CO was going away. I was bumping up a thread from 3 weeks ago (an eternity in B6G time) so others could actually read the source of the leaked color palette.

If you are hoping Cyber Orange stays, I am right there with you! 😀

Does anyone else feel like Ford does not capture this market well? Jeep offers great bright colors, and a variety to fit everyone's needs. Ford is literally offering a lot of gray and silver. At what point do we think Ford is just not fit? My patience is weening..
Yep, Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge has had all the best color selections for years. They start true to their heritage and offer up awesome colors for limited amounts and are always slightly changing them to keep things fresh. Purple, pink, green, gray, white, black, yellow, red. They offer it all across their trims

Nope. Jeep owners love their color choices and are only ever hoping a limited edition like punk’n or Gator is coming back.

Look at the 23’ colors, they have everything covered across the board.

I feel bad for those that will lose their choice of color. I'll be '99'ing my 2 outstanding orders to bypass the Fifty Shades of Gray for MY'23. In the meantime, I have my VB BD in my garage.

If @Ford Motor Company wants to compete, they will need to do more of this. Not 6 variations of gray / blue / black.

C’mon Ford, I believe in you.

It’s just smart business, the easiest way to keep a vehicle exciting and fresh is special colors. Especially ones that aren’t gray.
