Some people dont know how quickly $$$ can fly when building your Bronco up to how you would like it. This for example is a solid 25k build.

Dave B.'s 2023 Bronco Wildtrak literally came straight off the rail car and into our hands for a full build - it still has all the wrapping and manufacturer shipping decals on it!

We started with a Whipple Superchargers Stage 1 Upgrade kit featuring a hi-flow intercooler, Roush intake and tuner. Then a 3.5" Fabtech Motorsports front and rear remote reservoir coilover suspension system featuring front tubular upper control arms and rear adjustable lower control arms for dialing in the alignment. A Fabtech rear adjustable trackbar was also added for centering the rear axle after the lift. Next, a Fabtech aluminum tie rod kit with Heim joints replaced the vulnerable factory rod ends, followed up with a JKS max clearance frame chop to completely eliminate the factory crash bars and their frame mounted anchor points.

A set of 37x12.50 Recon Grapplers from Nitto Tire USA were mounted on 17" polished Riot Beadlock wheels from KMC Wheels, with a tailgate reinforcement bracket added to help support the matching spare tire.

The Wildtrak front bumper was then swapped out for an Addictive Desert Designs Bomber bumper and skid plate, stuffed with a trio of LP4 LED lights from Baja Designs as well as a pair of Squadron cube lights at the corners. The rear bumper was also exchanged for an ADD Bomber bumper with an additional pair of Squadron LED cube lights.

Last but not least, a pair of electric step sliders from Rock Slide Engineering will help protect the rocker panels while aiding in entry & exit.

That’s looks great 👍
It’s crazy builds get up there like that. I have an Outerbanks Non-Sas already spent about $30k in less than an year all I have left is to do are the Dana Axles which is $14k more totaling a $50k build basically with labor.

Looks good, but curious why it was necessary to add the Fabtech aluminum tie rod kit when the ‘23 Wildtrak comes with HOSS 3.0 and the Braptor steering rack and tie rod ends. Seems like an unnecessary upgrade and burning $$$.

I have been looking for a 3" system for a 23 Badlands Sasquatch for my build but many of the lift companies don't have a kit for the 2023. I went to FabTech and looked at their site and the kits there go to 2022 and show 3" systems. What did you change or did they send you the updated 2023 parts?

I hate to be a negative person, but the fact that you had to drop 25k in the title compels me to say that this does not look like a 25k build.
Its legit $20k in parts, I just added everything up; $5k in labor most likely. That is just list price for everything however, and even a regular consumer can probably pull 5-10% off the price of parts pretty easily. I'd imagine Doetsch's pricing as a shop is much cheaper then that.

Looks good, I guess it depends on what you're building up your car for and how much cost is a factor.

Small example; lots of people went ahead and purchased "bronco mudflaps" for around $100 or so. Mine were $15 from AutoZone, does the same thing.

So yes, it can add up.

Doetsch puts some very nice builds out the door. Not all are for me, but they're building them for their customers, so someone is happy w/ each build. I appreciate the fact they give a ballpark price. I wish more professional builders would share their work.

From personal experience, it's not hard at all to spend $7k on just basic stuff including a Warn winch and mounting plate, ARB twin compressor, Fasterflate, rock rails, rock lights, rear storage compartment, JTops bimini, quality traction boards, hood struts, RotoPax, gmrs radios, hood struts, recovery gear, and small stuff. Take a look at what ADD bumpers and Rockslide Engineering stuff retails for. A high quality suspension can be $10k and up in parts alone. Look at what top shelf lighting costs. Then there's wheels and tires.

I keep a short list of firms I may deal with around the country for when mods get beyond my skill level. Doetsch is on it.
