My Dad ordered a 2.3L 7sp BL non SAS mid April, went in production 6/5 dealer says should be delivered by end of the month. Not bad and that's dealing with the POS dealers in Miami which are the worst scum on earth.

Mine got moved up from 8/4 to 7/28! 🤷‍♂️

I guess I need to check the tracker every so often. I assumed you would get an email if any dates changed.
Interesting. Mine is still scheduled for 8/4.

Called Ford and they say it has a secondary status of 'produced'. Dealer says it's 'awaiting inspection', but I think those verbal comments are a bit sketchy. Ford tracking site still has it in stage 3 - In Production.

Very similar build + Sas.... my order was about a week after yours. Same.

Can confirm my Bronco is on a Quality Assurance Hold as per the screenshots he sent me yesterday. I imagine that's why many of us have Broncos stuck in production for weeks now.

Can confirm my Bronco is on a Quality Assurance Hold as per the screenshots he sent me yesterday. I imagine that's why many of us have Broncos stuck in production for weeks now.
Mine is as well but what is the Quality Problem? I had an Escape on order a year or so ago that did the same thing but they told me it was a software issue. My fear is they have a batch of bad valves and are replacing all of the cylinder heads or something like that which will make me pass on it. There has been nothing on Ford Authority about it. My other scenario is that Ford does not want to ship any until the first of July to avoid the discount for the ones that are going on dealer lots. I am price protected like you because the fine print says "Ordered" in it.

Could be anything. I wouldn't be surprised if it's something like loose fasteners or something as it seems the batches prior to mine had to wait about two weeks. I've been waiting since November for mine and patience is wearing thin but in the big picture it's probably better for us that they hold them if there's some sort of issue they have found. Ford seems to be having a tough time building vehicles these days.

With whatever is going on with the QA holds, Im kind of glad mine isnt scheduled to be built until the week of 8/4. Gives Ford time to iron out the issues.

The Bronco isn't a new model as it's been out since the 2021 model year. I got news for you if you think Ford will ever iron out all the issues.

The Bronco isn't a new model as it's been out since the 2021 model year. I got news for you if you think Ford will ever iron out all the issues.
There are several changes in the 25MY the big one is the Digital Dash which most likely is the culprit.

My dealer head back from her rep and this was the reply: My rep heard back from the plant and there are some quality assurances they are addressing and that is why it has not been released. We are waiting for more information now from them.

I am not busting on the dealer at all as they have been great, but this is the single most non-answer answer I have heard yet. No kidding there are some quality assurances they are addressing. They have been allegedly addressing these quality assurances since April 2 when I first went on the quality assurance hold.

I'm still scheduled for week of 7/7 but this is hilariously starting to sound familiar to the 2021 Webasto fiasco. We didn't hear a peep for over two months when the holding lots and dirt mountain were filling up. 😂
