I’ve had rain sensing wipers on 3 cars now. All different brands. Not 1 of them worked correctly. Most of the time they are too fast and I’ve got to listen to the blade scraping across a dry windshield. I find that feature miserable. Glad it’s not on my bronco. Adjusting the wipers to the speed I like takes 0 effort.

My favorite is when they go off when bugs hit the windshield. My 19 expedition was horrible

Nothing has been announced yet.

The 60th anniversary of the Bronco is next month (August). So we'll probably see something then, maybe a sneak peak, some sort of media release, or something similar. But all of the nitty gritty details that you're most likely interested in probably won't be announced for a few months yet.

Then you have not owned a jeep renegade or a Ford CMAX ENERGY which have the feature and work flawlessly.
Why didn't you just turn off the feature if you did not find it useful? Besides, the wiper speed changes with the rain intensity and there is a fast and low setting. I used the slow setting most of the time.

All we know for certain for MY26 is the OBX will be 2 wheel drive and Ford will rename 2 paint colors, while not actually changing them.
Rain sensing wipers, just another solution to a non-exist problem.
OBX?
No, it can be a problem if you are in an area with lots of obstacles turns with sudden rain then stop then a few seconds minutes and does it again. By the time you get the wipers on and can see you may have already been clobbered. One needs to keep there attention 100% on the road not fiddling with the controls. The rain often comes down so hard in such copious quantities that you see nothing if the wipers are not on. if you leave them on the beat them selves to death maybe before a deluge. I've only ever encounter these conditions on the pacific coast in Oregon or northern ca.
Just a nice safety feature allowing the driver more time to focus on driving.
