3rd Brake Light Wheel Ring

Okay I know it’s cheesy but I like it

Now that we’ve crossed that bridge has anyone found a kit that works to install a light ring in the spare for the third brake light instead of the one on top? Saw this online and would love to do it to mine.

I know some people hate these, but I'm all for them. Anything to call attention that I'm stopping and prevent a collision is good in my book. I'm waiting for the aftermarket to figure this out, but I'm definitely interested.

I did the install myself and set it up on aux 6 switch vs brake light. I’ll post some pics.

I have it as well....super simple install. Currently have it wired to brakes only....might switch it to an aux switch though.

I am curious, why would you install it to an Aux switch vs the Break Light? Do you plan on keeping it on all the time or am I missing how it is being used? Thanks!

My wife wanted a color changing one, so that’s what I got. Brake lights have to be red but I wanted the ability to change to green if I wanted. (When parked of course)

Ahhh ok gotcha, pretty cool!!

I’ve been looking for something the size of the normal light but fits inside the wheel area. I’ve seen a Jeep with it. Hopefully I can find that too. If not, this is a great idea.

We have one on my Wife's. That stock third brake light looks like crap.

What controller did you use? I have the Oracle RGB ring light installed just as a brake light currently.
