4-door Cargo Area - Missing Piece???

Does the cargo area of your 4 door Bronco look like it’s missing a piece of plastic on each side?
Is this normal?

If you had the soft top some latches go there. I would think that there would be some plastic covers to fill in the gap, since you have a hard top.

I have a soft top and, that is correct, the latches go there.

Your not missing anything, that is normal. Looks unfinished, but normal.

I have a hard top - got the same gap. I do agree that they should have some sort of filler for that.
