Hey have a 23 black diamond sas with less then 3k miles have a fault for C05D9 have reset the code re done the awd module and can hear the transfer case actuator trying to cycle when I start the bronco any one with similar issues gonna try and get an appointment with ford next week

I've had at least half a dozen 4x4 faults over the last 3 years. They all went away on their own or after disconnecting the battery. It's a finicky system.

Ya I’ve tried that a few times and deleted the code in the computer every time comes back and you hear the actuator cycle

Dealer ship has bronco and replaced transfer case shift motor, didn’t fix it and now are replacing whole transfer case. Have been very helpful.

Wow I wish the dealerships around me were this fast and helpful. Seems every time I have an issue it takes weeks to even figure out what’s going on. Glad to hear you’ve got it taken care of.

All these unnecessary electronics just cause more problems that few have any idea how to correct…I am thinking of a computer “bypass” for lockers, at least…
